About CertiCancel
We help you cancel memberships and contracts that make it hard to leave, with a signed letter sent certified or a phone call we make for you.
CertiCancel is a cancellation letter service. Some companies only accept cancellation in writing, and some only by phone. Both are built to slow you down. We handle the part you'd rather skip.
What we do
For companies that take written notice, we write the letter your contract calls for, you sign it on your phone, and we mail it USPS Certified within one business day. You get the tracking number and the delivery record. It costs $29, paid when you order.
For companies that only cancel by phone, we make the call, deal with the hold and the retention offers, and email you the confirmation. You pay $29 only after the cancellation is confirmed.
Our cancellation guides are free. Each one shows how a company takes cancellations, where to send or call, the notice period and the fees, with links to the company's own pages.

- We can't promise a company will honor a cancellation. We can make sure you have proof that you asked.
- We don't sign forms that must be notarized. For those, our guides point you to the official form.
- We don't sell your information.
