A subscription cancellation service that mails the letter for you
No printer, envelope or post office trip
You fill in a short form and sign on your phone. We print the letter, mail it USPS Certified and email you the tracking number.
The wording and address your contract asks for
The letter states that you're cancelling, names your account, gives the date billing should stop and goes to the address your company lists for notices.
Proof of delivery for your bank
If they keep charging you, the USPS delivery record shows when your notice arrived. That's what a bank asks for when you dispute a charge.

Letter or phone call: what your company needs
Companies that take a letter
Some contracts say cancellation has to be in writing. Others accept a letter alongside phone or online options. Either way, a signed letter sent certified gives you a dated record the company can't argue with.
We write it, you sign on your phone, and we mail it USPS Certified. $29, paid when you order.
Companies that only cancel by phone
Some providers won't take a letter or an email. You have to call, wait on hold and turn down offers before they'll cancel.
We make that call for you and email you the confirmation. You pay $29 only once it's cancelled.
Only cancels by phone? We'll make the call. $29, and you only pay once it's cancelled.

Questions people ask
When do I pay?
For a mailed letter, you pay $29 when you order, before we mail it. For a phone cancellation, you pay $29 only after the company confirms the cancellation.
How fast does the letter go out?
We mail it within one business day of your order and email you the USPS tracking number.
Is an electronic signature valid on a cancellation letter?
You sign on screen after agreeing to sign electronically, and we print your signature on the letter we mail. We keep a record of when and how you signed. We can't sign forms that have to be notarized.
What if the company ignores the letter?
You have the signed letter and the USPS delivery record. Use them to dispute charges with your bank or card issuer. We can't promise a company will honor a cancellation, but you'll have proof you sent it.
Do you work for the companies you cancel?
No. CertiCancel is independent and not affiliated with any company we write to.
